Prior to Adam’s focus on teaching at CMU, Adam was the Chief Product Officer at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) resulting from the acquisition of MAYA Design and was a Senior Vice President at the Nielsen Company post the acquisition of BuzzMetrics with global leadership roles based in the US and Europe.

Jon Pastor is a software executive with over 20 years of practical experience starting and growing companies to exit. As SkillBuilder's CTO, Jon leads the development of all the organization's AI functionality.
Prior to SkillBuilder, Jon Pastor was the Chief Product Officer at RealPage a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry. RealPage serves nearly 12,500 clients worldwide, has an annual revenue of ~$1B, and employs over 6,000 people. RealPage was taken private by Thoma Bravo in 2021 for over $10B. Jon came to RealPage via the acquisition of Rainmaker’s Multifamily Division where he was President, CTO, and head of product management. Prior to that, Jon founded a multifamily data analytics platform named Rent Jungle, which was acquired by Rainmaker in 2014.
Outside of multifamily, Jon has held leadership roles at Microsoft and McKinsey & Company. Jon is an active angel investor and startup mentor. Jon has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University.
